These are hands-on lessons where you learn specific wok cookery techniques that are authentic and easy to replicate back home.
All lessons are conducted in English or in Chinese with English translation.

Duration and Location

Lessons are hosted in Hias Gourmet's Beijing kitchen
Shanghai and Chengdu lessons are run by our local cooking studio partners

Session progresses from lecture to chef's demonstration
Followed by individual hands-on cooking
