Whether cooking with China’s rising culinary masters, or enjoying private recipes during an alfresco cooking demonstration session, you’ll find that our philosophy remains the same: That we insist that our guests to eat very, very well.

Your ‘school’ is a kitchen on a canal side outdoor patio, in a beautifully restored courtyard of a centuries old imperial home, in a specialist noodle restaurant. The result? Piles of genuine discoveries, good laughs, and more than anything else, sublimely happy eaters.
