CHINESE COOKING CLASSES

Introduction to Chinese Cooking

Get to know the real taste of one of the world's great cuisines. These are hands-on lessons where you learn specific wok cookery techniques that are authentic and easy to replicate back home. All lessons are conducted in English or in Chinese with English translation.

Menu Choices

Menus focus on seasonal and local produce
Regional recipes from Beijing, Sichuan, Guangdong, Zhejiang/Jiangsu
and other Chinese regions

Hands On Lessons

Small Groups Only

Classes are offered on a join-in and private basis

Duration and Location

From 2 to 3.5 hours per session
Lessons are hosted in Hias Gourmet's Beijing kitchen
Shanghai and Chengdu lessons are run by our local cooking studio
