Deposit and Payment: A deposit of 20% of the total trip price is required on confirmation in order to secure your reservation once itinerary is confirmed by client and Hias Gourmet. Final payment is due two weeks prior to excursion date.

Cancellation: If cancelling prior to final payment the deposit is non-refundable. After final payment is received a cancellation fee of approximately 50% applies. This percentage may be less depending on the date of cancellation. A cancellation fee of 100% is applicable within 4 days of excursion.

Pricing: All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and are current. If there is a big fluctuation in the exchange rate or the price of services provided, which are beyond the control of Hias Gourmet, Hias Gourmet is entitled to adjust excursion prices as appropriate, even supposing the balance of payment may have been made. This would only happen in rare situations.

Exclusions: Cost of meals, drinks, items of a personal nature

Itinerary Validity and Content
Itineraries listed on this website are valid for the period of 2007 unless otherwise specified. Every care has been made to ensure accuracy. Hias Gourmet shall not be legally responsible for any injury, damage, or loss caused by inaccuracy. Hias Gourmet retains the right to change excursion arrangements or any other service related to excursion due to safety or security reasons, and will endeavour to provide alternative arrangements of the same standard as originally booked.

Disclaimer
In all subject matter relating to organization for hotel accommodations and transportation, Hias Gourmet will only act in the role of an agent. Hias Gourmet is not a travel agent or hotelier, nor do we own hotels, or vehicles. The services Hias Gourmet supplies consist of arranging and coordinating food excursion and enlist the services of local partners for accommodation and transportation arrangements. We apply every care in the selection of reputable ground operators, vehicle operations, hotels, and other suppliers of the diverse services which are used in organizing food excursions. Because it retains no control over the employees, equipment or operations of these service suppliers, it is imperative to  note that all bookings with Hias Gourmet are subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of liability imposed by the service providers whose service we utilize, some of which limit or exclude liability in respect of death, personal injury, delay, loss or damage of personal items, and/or inconvenience that may be caused by such. Because of this Hias Gourmet does not accept liability for events beyond our control.

Release and Waiver of Liability
In consideration of Hias Gourmet taking your booking:

• You release Hias Gourmet and its officers, employees, agents, licensees, and other representatives from all cost, liability, loss or damage incurred or suffered by you directly or indirectly during the course of the tour and resulting from your personal injury, illness or death or damage to or loss of you property unless caused by the deliberate negligence or wrongful action of Hias Gourmet and its employees; and
• You give up any claims you have, or may have at any time have, against Hias Gourmet and its employees and you agree not to make any claim against or seek compensation from Hias Gourmet and its employees in respect of any personal injury, illness or death suffered by you or damage to or loss of property incurred by you as a consequence of your participation in the excursion.
